A participant registry

Accelerate research: Be a participant

OMF’s StudyME, powered by StudyPages, is a recruitment tool to connect individuals interested in participating in research studies with the researchers conducting them.

STAND UP AND BE COUNTED

Let's show the world how many people want a cure

What is the purpose?

Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for individuals affected by ME/CFS, Long COVID, Fibromyalgia, and other post-infection illnesses by expediting research in these areas and increasing awareness by showing how many people are waiting for a cure.

How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy and takes less than five minutes. All you need to do is provide your contact details and specify your areas of interest. Once you’ve done this, we’ll send you email notifications whenever there are research opportunities that align with your interests to potentially participate in surveys, laboratory studies, or treatment trials.

8 Compelling Reasons to Sign Up Today!

StudyME has helped recruit participants for research at universities and institutions, including:

Everyone is welcome.

Encourage others to join!

Researchers are interested in individuals suffering from specific illnesses as well as healthy individuals who can act as “controls” or reference points. Thus, even if you are in good health, we encourage you to sign up for OMF’s StudyME to support patient communities and promote scientific research.

Please note that each study will have specific eligibility criteria set by the researchers themselves. Our role is simply to connect interested participants with research teams to accelerate progress in these areas.

No personal medical information is required! All that is needed is your contact information and areas of research interest, and you’re all set. Contact StudyME@omf.ngo with questions.

OMF Australia accepts donations of Cryptocurrencies

Make the most of your donation by donating your Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptocurrencies directly to OMF Australia rather than selling and donating the after-tax proceeds.

  • Your tax deduction will be equal to the fair market value of the donated cryptocurrency (as determined by a qualified appraisal).
  • Donors should consult with a tax advisor for properly recording this donation on a personal tax return.

OMF Australia can accept cryptocurrency donations of any amount.

Donating cryptocurrency is a non-taxable event, meaning you do not owe capital gains tax on the appreciated amount and can deduct it on your taxes. This makes Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency donations one of the most tax-efficient ways to support your favorite cause.
